Strategic Clarity E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Strategic Clarity E-Gift Cards ("E-Gift Cards"). By purchasing, redeeming, or using an E-Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms. Strategic Clarity reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Purchase and Redemption
2.1. E-Gift Cards are available for purchase on the Strategic Clarity website and are redeemable exclusively for services offered by Strategic Clarity, including but not limited to branding consultations, marketing strategy sessions, and business operations assessments.
2.2. E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value, except as required by law.
2.3. To redeem an E-Gift Card, the recipient must purchase through Strategic Clarity's official channels and apply the E-Gift Card code during the transaction.

3. Expiration and Fees
3.1. E-Gift Cards do not expire within 5 years and do not accrue any maintenance or inactivity fees.
3.2. Strategic Clarity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards.

4. Limitations
4.1. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.
4.2. E-Gift Cards are valid for any promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by Strategic Clarity.

5. Balance and Inquiry
5.1. The balance of an E-Gift Card can be checked by contacting Strategic Clarity's customer support team.
5.2. E-Gift Card balances are not reloadable.

6. Liability
6.1. Strategic Clarity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to E-Gift Cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. In the event of a non-functional E-Gift Card, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such E-Gift Card.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Strategic Clarity is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
