Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final brand assets (PNG & JPEG formats). These can be reused for your business but cannot be altered, duplicated, or redesigned by another designer without a full copyright transfer.

Strategic Clarity reserves the right to showcase all completed work in our portfolio and on social media. To respect your launch timeline, work will not be posted before your proposed launch date. If you need a portfolio embargo, submit your request in writing.

Design services do not include business coaching. Administrative support such as strategic plans, business plans, HR setup, or onboarding systems must be booked separately.
